Refund policy

We know you'll love Guitargate, but we also understand that it may not be for everyone!

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will enjoy access for the remainder of your pre-paid term, but will not be refunded the unused portion of your subscription.  The teleport pedal is yours to keep if you unsubscribe after the 30 day return window, and no refunds will be granted. 

For example: if you purchased an annual subscription on July 16th, but decide after 6 months you'd like to cancel, you will still have access until the following July 16th, and your teleport pedal is yours to keep.  You will neither be billed for - nor receive - the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends, but you can enjoy the best loop pedal on the planet forever!

If you would like a refund, simply cancel your subscription and return your teleport pedal within 30 days of purchase in like new, fully functional condition, with all original packaging and inserts. Please mail support@guitargate.com to initiate a refund and include your order number and email address associated with your membership.
