Is Teleport really included free? How is that possible?
Yes, it really is included! The lessons, community, and pedal are all connected, and charging for both the pedal and the membership is too much to ask. So we're simply including the pedal and not charging extra for it. That's how much we believe it will make a difference in your life. Read the reviews!
What is the refund & return policy?
Teleport pedals are included in Membership, and are yours to keep forever, even if you don't renew. To request a refund, email support@guitargate.com within 30 days, and we will cancel your Membership and issue a full refund - no questions asked. Simply send the Teleport back to us in new condition, in it's original packaging, with all inserts.
Can I purchase Teleport without a Membership?
Teleport is exclusive to Guitargate Membership and is not available for individual sale. The lessons, community, and pedal are one self-contained ecosystem.
When will I get my Teleport?
We ship from the USA each weekday. Domestic customers should expect 3-5 business day delivery. International customers should expect 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is also available.
