Do I need a membership to use the Teleport pedal?
No. You can buy the Teleport Pedal and use it without a paid membership to share songs with people you know. Membership adds 1000's of Members to collaborate with, weekly artist teleport sessions, full 15+ course catalogue, unlimited song sync, and the complete Collab App suite—but the pedal does not stop working without it. It's still the easiest song creation tool you've ever used, and sharing with people you know is always free.
Does the Teleport pedal become a brick if I cancel?
No. The Teleport Pedal is yours to keep and remains a powerful standalone looper. You still get firmware updates, 50-song sync, and unlimited uploading, downloading, and exporting of your private tracks with people you know. No paid subscription is required.
What does unlimited private song sharing mean?
When you upload a song from your Teleport Pedal, there are two choices: public and private. Public songs are visible in the Membership community Members. Private songs are not visible within the membership community.
Non-members are able to upload and share unlimited private songs, and are free to share the song link with anyone, just like a Dropbox link. This is perfect for playing with people you already know.
Membership allows public posting in the community and collaboration with the 1000's of other Members. Joining a group of players is the #1 benfeit of Membership.
Can I start with the pedal and upgrade to membership later?
Absolutely. You can purchase the standalone Teleport Pedal today and add Guitargate Membership whenever you are ready to unlock the community, lesson content, and unlimited song sync for $29.99/month.
What happens when I use up my free 50 song sync?
When you have reached your 50-song sync limit in the app, you have two choices:
- Join as a Guitargate Member and unlock unlimited song sync.
- Delete songs to free up more room.
What is the refund & return policy?
To request a refund, email support@guitargate.com within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund - no questions asked. Simply send the Teleport back to us in new condition, in it's original packaging, with all inserts.
When will I get my Teleport?
When pedals are in stock, domestic customers should expect 3-5 business day delivery. International customers should expect 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is also available.
